Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights. In short: your videos stay on your Mac, we don’t keep what you ask the AI, and we don’t track or sell anything.

1Who we are

siaive is provided by Clyromedia Private Limited, Advant Navis Business Park, sector 142 noida, Uttar Pradesh (GSTIN 09AAMCC2269E1ZJ) (“siaive”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the siaive app for Mac, siaive’s AI and this website, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) we are the data fiduciary for this data.

2What we collect

  • Account. Your email address and your password. We store the password only as a one-way hash (scrypt), never the password itself.
  • Checkout and billing. Your mobile number, which our payment gateway needs, and your state (for GST). If you give them, your business name and GSTIN, for a business invoice. Your invoices record these with the amounts.
  • Payments. For each payment: its amount, date, status, the way you paid (for example UPI or card) and the payment gateway’s reference. We never receive your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
  • Usage. Your credit history, and for each AI request: when it was made, which AI model was asked for and which provider answered, how many tokens it used and the credits it cost.
  • Signed-in devices. The name the App gives itself when you sign in (usually your Mac’s name) and when each sign-in was last used, so you can see and sign out your Macs.
  • Technical data. Your IP address, which we use to limit repeated sign-in attempts. It is held briefly in memory, not stored with your account. When the App checks for updates it sends its version and the kind of Mac it runs on.
  • Messages. What you write to us when you contact support or our grievance officer.

3What we don’t collect

  • Your videos, footage, audio and projects stay on your Mac. siaive edits, renders and exports them there; they are not uploaded to our servers.
  • No analytics or advertising trackers on this website or in the App. We don’t sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

4siaive’s AI and your content

When you use siaive’s AI, the request, such as your instructions and parts of your project like transcripts, timeline details and still frames, passes through our servers to an AI provider, which produces the answer and sends it back through our servers to the App. Depending on the AI model, the provider is Anthropic and, when our routing sends a request elsewhere, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI, Z.ai or OpenRouter.

We do not store the content of AI requests or answers. We keep only the usage record described above (time, model, provider, token counts and credits). Each provider processes requests under its own terms for business API customers.

5Why we use it

  • To provide the Service: your account, signing in on your Macs, your plan, credits and siaive’s AI.
  • To take payments, renew plans, issue GST invoices and keep the accounts the law requires.
  • To keep siaive secure and prevent fraud and abuse, such as repeated sign-in attempts and misuse of credits.
  • To answer your messages and complaints, and to send notices about your account, billing and changes to our terms.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as tax law and lawful requests from authorities.

We process your data with your consent, given when you create an account, and for the legitimate uses the DPDP Act allows, such as meeting legal obligations. You can withdraw consent by deleting your account; this does not affect processing that already happened, or records the law requires us to keep.

6Who we share it with

  • Cashfree Payments, our payment gateway: your email, mobile number and payment details, to take payments and run autopay mandates.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts and protects siaive’s servers: everything you send to siaive passes through its network.
  • AI providers (see “siaive’s AI and your content”): the content of your AI requests, to answer them.
  • Google Fonts: this website loads its fonts from Google’s servers, which see your IP address.
  • siaive’s asset library: if you use it, your searches go to the library’s server to find music, sound effects and graphics.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, and professional advisers such as our accountants, under confidentiality.

These providers process data for us under their terms, and some do so outside India. If the business is ever sold or merged, your data passes to the new owner under this policy.

7Cookies

This website sets two cookies, both needed for it to work: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in (it lasts 30 days from your last visit), and a security cookie that protects forms against cross-site requests. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

8How long we keep it

  • Your account data, usage records and credit history: while your account exists.
  • Website sign-ins end 30 days after your last visit. A Mac’s sign-in stops working after 90 days unused, and expired sign-ins are deleted.
  • Payment records and invoices: 8 years, as Indian tax law requires, even after you delete your account.
  • When you delete your account, we remove your email address and password, clear your mobile number and billing details, and sign out every device. What we must keep for tax law stays, used only for that.

9Security

Connections to siaive are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as scrypt hashes, and sign-in tokens only as hashes. Access to the systems that hold your data is limited to the people who run siaive. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

10Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

  • access a summary of your personal data and how we process it;
  • correct or update it;
  • erase it: delete your account at Account › Delete account, or write to us;
  • withdraw consent, by deleting your account;
  • grievance redressal, through our grievance officer below;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in the event of your death or incapacity.

To use these rights, write to us by email at tech@creatorsmela.com or by phone at 9410464303 from your account’s email address. If you are not satisfied with how we handled a complaint, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

11Children

siaive is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe a child has an account, tell us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. For a material change, we tell you by email or on this website before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.

13Grievance officer and contact

If you have a complaint about siaive, your account, a payment or your personal data, write to our Grievance Officer, Amit Kumar at amit@creatorsmela.com. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it, and we tell you what we did.
